Sharpe-Walentas Studio Program Announce 17 New Residents

This marks the 25th year of the studio program, which has awarded private studio space to over 350 American artists. Among past recipients of the studio program are artists Sarah Sze, Tara Donovan, and Lee Boroson.

“The Marie Walsh Sharpe Art Foundation Studio Program is a piece of New York art history,” Jane Walentas, executive director of the Sharpe-Walentas Studio Program, said in a statement to ARTINFO. “We are honored to continue the Sharpe tradition and welcome talented artists from all over the country to Brooklyn,” she added.
